Chocolate Spread
1 ounce (1/4 cup) cocoa
1½ tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
½ cup (4 ounces) milk
Mix dry ingredients in a small saucepan. Add milk gradually and bring to a boil, whisking constantly until mixture is smooth. Allow to cool before using.
