Graham Crisps

Mix together
4 tablespoons cream
½ cup coarse entire wheat flour and
¼ teaspoon salt. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased tin sheet or inverted pan. With a wet fork spread very thin in rounds and bake at 350°F until crisp and delicately brown.
